Terms of Service - Skynet Killfeed Discord Bot

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Skynet Killfeed Discord Bot ("Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, refrain from using the Bot and remove it from your server.
- Use of the Bot: The Bot is designed to interact with the Nitrado API for game server communication and file editing. Your actions using the Bot are your responsibility. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- User Responsibilities: Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble the Bot. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Intellectual Property: The Bot and associated content are our intellectual property. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without consent is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability: The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses from using the Bot.
- Modifications to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of USA/NV. Any legal actions must be brought in the courts of USA/NV.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Bot.
